Location: St-Sulpice, Vaud, Switzerland

Date: April 16, 1999

Returning from New York City straight to a small village named St-Sulpice located at the shores of lake Geneva, I started my new adventure as a young watchmaker on June 1st, 1998 in the premises of the Tiffany & Co. Watch Center.

Part of my responsibilities for the first year figured the reparation of actual and vintage watches with mechanical and quartz movements, establishment of repair documents with digital pictures for illustration and quality control on finished products, diamonds and diamond setting.

On April 1999, I was promoted supervisor of the technical services department. During more than 3 years I was in charge of the supervision and management of TCO's after sales service for the European branches, management of the quality control department as well as of a technical staff with 3 employees, establishment of a technical support and training for branches in Germany
